These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GetButlr, operated by Black Pearl FZE LLC, United Arab Emirates ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GetButlr provides AI-powered workflow tools for YouTube and TikTok creators, including:
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that all information you provide is accurate.
GetButlr offers a free tier and paid subscription plans, including Starter, Monetization, Pro, and Agency tiers where available. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in USD via Stripe. All prices and included usage limits are displayed on the pricing page at getbutlr.ai.
Some paid plans may include a free trial where shown at checkout. Your payment method will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, downgrade your account, suspend paid features, or cancel the subscription after reasonable notice.
Boost campaigns are one-time purchases separate from your subscription. Campaigns go live after Google approval. Unspent campaign budget, such as when a campaign cannot serve due to policy issues, will be refunded. Actual delivery and spend are reported from Google Ads and are not guaranteed. Paid campaign subscribers, watch time, and Shorts views do not count toward YouTube Partner Program eligibility.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Free and paid plans may include limits on metadata sessions, image generations, thumbnail analyses, API-backed suggestions, and other usage-based features. Usage limits may change over time and are shown in the product or pricing page. AI generation can fail, time out, or produce unsuitable outputs because it depends on third-party model availability, input quality, policy restrictions, and network conditions. Unless required by law or expressly stated in writing, usage credits and fees are not refundable solely because an AI output is rejected, edited, or not used.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights.
Titles, descriptions, thumbnails, hooks, and other content generated by GetButlr are AI outputs and are provided "as is." Subject to these Terms and any third-party model provider restrictions, you may use AI-generated outputs for your own content and marketing after you review and approve them. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and determining the suitability of AI-generated content before publishing. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, original, free from errors, accepted by any platform, or will achieve any particular result.
We may change, replace, suspend, or remove AI models, generation providers, or generation features at any time due to availability, cost, safety, legal, or platform policy requirements.
The Service integrates with YouTube, TikTok, Google Ads, Stripe, and other third-party platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
The Service, including its code, design, brand, and all content created by us, is owned by Black Pearl FZE LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR RESULT WILL BE ACHIEVED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLACK PEARL FZE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Black Pearl FZE LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
